A Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience, his certifications include ACI Field Testing Technician and High Strain Dynamic Pile Testing. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University. He is licensed in the following:
South Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, and North Dakota.
